This pack oversees the entirety of the Triangle area, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Mebane, Garner, Wake Forest, and Holly Springs.

Lucy Wilson-Burke, Alpha

Lucy Wilson-Burke is the current Sept Alpha of the Triangle.  She is a seasoned marketing consultant with an MBA from Duke, and heads up a well-respected local PR firm. This enables her to not only be connected to many of the businesses in the area, but use her skills to gain human public for local Garou interests. She is currently a member of the Shadowlord tribe and her auspice is Galliard. She brings extensive corporate management training to her leadership role, and it has worked well for over a decade now.

Mia Walker, Beta

Mia Walker is a recently-appointed Beta who is enmeshed in the growing progressive activist movement in the Triangle. She spends her time organizing in marginalized communities on issues surrounding environmental justice and systemic racism. Walker also works to advocate for modern, equitable, and inclusive interpretations to the Litany, and mediates most of the intra- and inter-Pack conflicts that arise in the area. She is a practicing lawyer with a degree from NCCU, and can usually be found either in court, at a community meeting, or organizing a protest. Walker is a Philodox, and is a member of the Black Furies.

Travis Gibson, Guardian

A former Marine turned personal trainer, Travis Gibson is dedicated to helping the Garou scattered around the Triangle region stay fit and ready to combat the Wyrm in whatever form it takes. Having studied multiple fighting styles before his first change, he is known for teaching resourceful, practical combat tactics, creating customized combat styles for his students. Those who learn from him don’t always look the most elegant when fighting, but almost always either win handily, or know precisely when to abandon a losing challenge with minimal physical damage. Gibson knows he that Garou are a scarcer and scarcer resource, and actively speaks out against Garou vs Garou battles and challenges, favoring instead to keep rage and anger pointed squarely at the Wyrm. Gibson is an Ahroun member of the Get of Fenris tribe.

Dr. Kadeem Washington, Master of the Rite

Having recently completed his PhD in Ancient Cultures and Religions from UNC-Chapel Hill, Kadeem Washington brings a sharp research-focused lens to his role as Master of the Rite. Seeking to bridge the ancient and modern, Washington has collaborated closely with local Glass Walkers to improve the accessibility and security of the North Carolina Centralized Garou Collection (NCCGC) database of rites and gifts. Washington heads a team of Kinfolk from local universities to both collect and record existing gifts and rites, as well as research new ways to collaborate with the Spirit world in the fight against the Wyrm. Washington is a Theurge, and a member of the Uktena tribe.

Dr. Helen Lin, Keeper of the Land & Den Parent

A relative newcomer to the area, Dr. Helen Lin previously completed her medical training and residency in New York. She joined the Sept pack as Keeper of the Land and Den Parent at the request of Walker-Burke, and has enjoyed the opportunities afforded to her in a rapidly-growing area. Dr. Lin brings a comprehensive approach to her role as general practitioner for the local Garou and growing human kinfolk population. She also spends her time at NCSU researching veterinary records and practices for wolves, able to keep up to date on the latest in wellness for both wolves and humans. As part of Dr. Lin’s “whole body” approach to health, she works closely with local Bone Gnawer kinfolk who run local plant arboretums to ensure the caern and other wild gathering places for Garou are vibrant and free of invasive species. Dr. Lin is a Ragabash member of the Children of Gaia.
