Omar, Remy, Heretic, and Bryan decided to visit the home of Dr. Jude Gentry. Remy got a data dump from a ring, garage door opener, and devices in the house from the last week or so. Heretic had a conversation with the family dog, a REALLY FRIENDLY golden retriever who told him that the “Dad of the home has worked at night for his whole life.” The family cat, talked to through the window, told Heretic that “Dad comes home late at night and spends time on a computer petting the cat.” At Heretic’s request, Remy pinged the Alexa to deliver extra dog and cat treats to the house.
Omar and Remy leave the umbra into the master bathroom. Omar stole Dr. Gentry’s badge, and smelled a sleeping Dr. Gentry. According to Omar, Dr. Gentry smells “100% wyrm-free.” Through the umbra, Remy gets a copy of the data from the offline, heavily encrypted and password protected, computer in the office through expenditures of gnosis. Remy now has a data crystal with a copy of the contents of the laptop on it.
Bryan began the process of sourcing an old utility van from other junkyards. He found one that had a totaled Spectrum van, with logos intact, but front passenger panel needs replacing and axel damage would need to be repaired as well. Another junkyard had the same model of a Spectrum vans, but it would need to be painted and decal added. Bryan purchases both vans and began working on them.
Dr. McLeod got called away to work on emergency COVID triage, but was kept apprised via text message of the pack’s adventures.
Next game will pick up with the pack quickly going to the Pfizer building to use the stolen badge to enter before the badge is disabled when the real Dr. Gentry shows up to work. Omar borrows one of Dr. McLeod’s doctor coats, and Remy dresses as tech support.
