Character Creation

Standard Character Creation rules with these modifications:

• 20 freebie points
• No points for Flaws taken
• Merits can still be purchased normally
• 11 points to distribute between Rage, Gnosis, and Willpower (Ignore Breed, Auspice, and Tribe starting totals)
• 1 extra Gift, must be a rank 1 Gift, but no restrictions otherwise (Metis gifts included)
• Character needs a stated background reason to be here in RDU and requires ST approval
• Tribes no longer have background restrictions, read revised Tribe descriptions for more information
• Pure Breed cannot be taken
• Wendigo are no longer a tribe
• The Metis breed is restricted to NPCs
